SUMMARY:
The Administrator will report to the General Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Job:

The Administrator will report to the General Manager. The primary responsibility of the Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that Operations’ service delivery standards and efficiency is constantly maintained at the highest level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for transcribing of all Site Job Descriptions
• Responsible for interacting with various suppliers for all Head Office requirements
• Assist Compliance Officers and the Operations Management team with daily report writing
• Provide general administrative support to Key Accounts Managers and Compliance Officers
• Assist with general administration duties with regards to incident reports and risk surveys
• Responsible for stationery and other supplies orders for the Region
• Drafting of Memos for Managers
• Processing of Biometrics (Access)
• Generate Quotations on SAP B1
• Distribute Increase Letters and Invoices via Finance
• Perform P.A. related functions to the General Manager as and when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• Administration related qualification will be advantageous
• 3 to 5 years previous experience within the Security Industry
• 2 years of P.A. related experience
