Administrative/Sales Position – George, Western Cape
POSITION INFO:
A well-established company based in George, Western Cape is seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to join their team in an Administrative/Sales role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about customer service and administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash, card, and account transactions accurately
- Assist with daily cash-ups and banking procedures
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties
- Step in for sales duties when sales staff are unavailable
- Support the internal sales team with administrative tasks
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Experience in handling physical cash, cashing up, and banking
- Sales experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication and telephonic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and selling abilities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Calm under pressure with strong time management skills
- Punctual and reliable with a good attendance record
- Computer literate (essential)
- Strong general administrative skills
- Proven sales experience is a bonus
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to R9,500 per month
- Pension Fund: 6% employer contribution & 6% employee contribution
- Group Risk Scheme included
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
