SUMMARY:
A well-known global investment immigration law firm requires the above to support in the processing of immigration applications for clients, ensuring the timely processing of immigration applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • Minimum certificate or diploma in business administration or related is preferred for the role.
  • Previous experience having worked in an Administrative Assistant or related role is essential.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks with good time management skill.
  • Must be attention to detail being able to review information for accuracy.
  • Must have good computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting with all processing of immigration applications for clients.
  • Preparing immigration applications for submission to the relevant authorities as requested by lawyers.
  • Filling out the relevant immigration forms.
  • Updating an liaising with clients regarding changes in immigration processes and regulations.
  • Supporting clients with their immigration documentation required to process.
  • Supporting the legal team and business development team by providing updates on immigration programs.
  • Participating in the company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions.
  • Identifying and prioritising client needs and recognising constraints. 
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
