Exciting Opportunity - Trainee Administrative & Assistant for Dental and Aesthetics Practice in Centurion – Learn, Grow, Assist Doctors
R15 000–R20 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks: filing, answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments
• Interact with patients and vendors professionally
• Assist with general duties around the practice, including receiving deliveries and purchasing practice goods
• Organize and manage stock, including stock-taking
• Host clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable; provide refreshments when needed
• Provide patients with information about available services
• Learn new skills and attend training for skill development

• Matric

• Experience in administrative, reception, or office roles is beneficial
• Experience in hospitality, waitering, or client-facing roles is beneficial

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with clients and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
