SUMMARY:
A well-established company based on the East Rand is looking for Administration Specialist to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years

Computer Packages: SAP ERP system knowledge will be an advantage

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Performs secretarial and administrative tasks such as reception services, mail distribution, post office duties
Maintains and manages company assets, vehicles, and other equipment and facilities
Arranges transfers, hotel booking, flights, entertainment and refreshments for visitors and company events
Performs daily tasks pertaining to general affairs acting as contact person with employees, service providers, external agencies and authorities
Schedules and attends meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, circulating and following up on related actions
Supports the Administration and Finance Manager in carrying out tasks, such as data entry in the ERP system, checking time and attendance, etc.

Must have a valid drivers license!
