Company based in Midrand seeks an Administration Assistant, candidates who are available immediately will be favoured. Fluency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)

POSITION INFO:

Fluency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Matric is essential
2+ year experience in office administration
MS Office proficiency
Clerical tasks
Relief receptionist
Filing, scanning and office administration
Liaising with the Finance Department
Arranging meetings
Arranging refreshments
Assist service providers (plants, cleaners, caterers, etc)

Reliable and a “can do” attitude will work best
Self-motivated
Self confidence
Own car
Candidates who are available immediately will be favoured
