POSITION INFO:

As an Admin Assistant in the Accounts Department you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the duly assigned responsibilities of the department are carried out in accordance with established principles the company.

You will be expected to carry out all administrative duties in line with established guidelines of the department.These will include, among others;

Ensuring that departmental correspondence is handled and processed timelyWorking closely with managers in carrying out communication within the organisationYou may be required to perform receptionist duties now and then
