Our client in the Telecommunications sector requires a  Admin controller.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Below are the skills needed:
  • Manage all Remedy tickets
  • Ensure all CMDB updates are done and validated
  • Communication between build team and customer
  • Ensuring customer is kept up to date
  • Decommissions logged and tracked
  • Capacity management
  • Build doc validation and completion
  • Build is following the architectural guidelines
  • Sanity checking on build
  • Change control
