JOB DESCRIPTION:

Below are the skills needed:

Manage all Remedy tickets
Ensure all CMDB updates are done and validated
Communication between build team and customer
Ensuring customer is kept up to date
Decommissions logged and tracked
Capacity management
Build doc validation and completion
Build is following the architectural guidelines
Sanity checking on build
Change control
