SUMMARY:
Our client, a global leader in the ICT/Telco space is looking to employ an Admin Assistant/Office Management expert, who''ll be responsible for a variety of administrative & clerical tasks. You''ll be required to support managers and employees, assist daily with office duties & manage general administrative activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants must have previous Admin Assistant/Office Management/Support experience in a similar job within the ICT/Telecoms Industry!

 

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

  • General administration management of the SA region to ensure smooth running of our clients SA office.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective support and mutual interaction.
  • Marketing, H&S, and quality management of the company
  • Manage email and telephone queries
  • Responsible for Admin, Company Secretary tasks/duties and must ensure compliance
  • Provide full range of legal and regulatory services for our clients SA office and overseas offices
  • Draft and review commercial documents & provide professional advice on legal issues
  • Assist in overseas regulatory affairs, such as telecommunications license application, renewal, filing of statutory returns, etc
  • Liaise with regulators (Companies Registry)
  • Company incorporation and business/related licenses application and ensure compliance
  • Conduct legal and regulatory researches
  • Manage contract administration, track, file and assist in timely preparation, negotiation and execution of agreements
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status
 

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma/Degree/above (Administration, Finance or similar)
  • +3 years previous experience in similar job/position in ICT/Telco Industry
  • Office management, systems and procedures
  • MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A Natural problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
