SUMMARY:
An agro-chemical manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and pro-active Accounting and Logistics Administrator to manage logistics, bookkeeping and order processing activities efficiently and according to safety guidelines.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Grade 12 (a Bookkeeping Diploma will be an added advantage)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping is essential
Must have working knowledge of PASTEL
Basic knowledge of payroll will be required
Previous experience in a similar role, including order processing, logistics and stock control will be an added advantage
Must have excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills
The ability to work independently on assigned duties is essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Performing basic bookkeeping functions for the company, including maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Assisting with payroll functions and preparing payroll reports.
Coordinating logistics arrangements and the required documentation to maximise quality of delivery.
Managing stock and maintaining files.
Processing orders through PASTEL.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained
