SUMMARY:
A well-established logistics and transport company seeks the assistance of a Sales & Administrator officer.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements;

Matric
Min 3-5 years in a similar position.
Valid Driver’ license (minimum code 8)
Accuracy with figure work
Computer literacy on Google web based applications, Excel and Word

Duties;

Ensure the liaison with clients are adhere to
Attend to sales enquiries and leads
View clients household goods if required
Prepare the costing for the quote
Follow up the quote
Monthly Sales Reports on follow ups
Open files for secured moves
Book the move on the operation board
Attend Job visits if required
Liaise with Shipping regarding the move.
Handle Tender requests
Administration functions
Assist with the administration of claims
