SUMMARY:
Well known Estate Agency is looking for an Admin Clerk who will be working in the Rental Division. Will not be an office based position. Suitable candidate can be based anywhere in SA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Suitable Candidates can work from any area in South Africa
Good Admin and Computer
Will be working remotely Monday to Friday and on standby every 2nd weekend
Working hours from 08h00 to 16h00
Must have uncapped Wifi at home
Computer and Cellphone will be provide
Collections on outstanding Rent
Renewal of Lease Agreements
Handle Maintenance and appointing Contractor to attend to maintenance or breakage
Excellent Communication skills
