JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sewing Factory for large scale well-known brands, based in Hennopspark Centurion, is looking for a self-starter, driven, wants-to-learn type person for an Admin / Operations Assistant position.

The successful person will have the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

Grade 12
Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
Own transport - no travel for work purposes but need to be able to get to the office on time.
Stay within close geographical proximity.
Experience in MS Office - specifically with Excel. Others: Outlook, Word, Internet
Administration experience
Stable employment history - no job hoppers
Contactable references
Must have a positive attitude, reliable and responsible
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:15
Understanding / Knowledge of clothing patterns and varieties of materials

The incumbent will be responsible for:

General administration of all operational requirements
Stock receiving and reconciliation
General stock control
