A highly proficient Admin Manager is sought for our client who is a FoodBev SETA Accredited Training Provider.

We are looking for an Admin Manager to manage all the admin processes pertaining to the SETA accreditation process which includes capturing learner information, reporting to the SETA''s, updating and maintaining our SETA Accreditation processes, planning training interventions, ordering training material and liaising with learners for registration documents as well as running our eLearning training admin processes and preparing our learner portfolios for the exit moderation process. There are opportunities to grow and develop with this team .

• You need to have excellent organisational skills
• Proficient computer skills (high proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Enjoy working with people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A good team player
• Have experience with the SETA training processes
• Self-driven and can work without supervision.
• Enjoy working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• SETA Accredited Assessor and Moderator training will be advantageous but not essential.
