We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our admin internship program to provide frontline support to our existing and prospective clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products and or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints. This is a six months program that may lead to permanent employment with the organisation.
Description
Provide assistance to customer services personnel.
Organize and schedule customer orders to an appropriate department.
Ensure customer orders are met on time.
Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs.
Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer service by refering any unresolved issues to senior managers.
Maintain and manage customer files and databases.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service to customers.
Implement company policies and procedures in providing good customer services.
