Our Client is looking for an Office Administrator (Remotely)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and own transport
Must have your own Laptop and wifi connection at home
Min 2 years’ Office / administrative assistant experience
Manage stock control by organizing and purchasing stock for various departments and projects
Capturing lead Data on CRM
Administrating Deceased estate data from the Website
Creating Folders for active Bonds
Managing incoming emails and WhatsApp information
Managing Leadify form submissions
Assist with secretarial duties such as minutes taking,
Managing Director's calendars/diaries, organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders
