Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:
NEW VACANCY!!
Our client based in Markman seeks to employ an Admin Assistant.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

- Checking of transactions sent from retailers (Checking of POD’s)
- Data capturing, scanning of paperwork
- Filling
- Invoicing & Billing
- Phoning of debtors, statements / ledgers – keeping customer accounts within term and limits
- Daily/ Weekly reconciliations
- Attending to emails/customer & other internal queries
- Keeping track of orders placed
- Creating purchase orders when necessary
- Working with the standby phone when needed (After hours)
- Assisting with any other duties given by immediate manager/ supervisor
- Familiarity with QuickBooks would be an advantage
- Excel, Word, Outlook emails

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette with customer and suppliers (friendly, speak loud and clear)
- Detailed orientated
- Good sense of humor and able to provide quality work as an individual under pressure
- Good time management
- Work well under pressure
- Other related experience will be an advantage
- Neatness
- Organized
