Actuarial Investments Specialist

Job & Company Description:
This is a brilliant opportunity for the young actuary to be part of a major disruption in one of the original fintech companies in South Africa. This company requires an Actuarial candidate that will be reporting to the Actuarial Manager. The responsibilities that are expected from you will be to gain insight from client’s data to create better investment solutions, maintain and develop the ground-breaking advice framework and work closely with the IT software development team. There is a hybrid system with this role with 3 days a week in office. This is truly a role that will provide exponential growth opportunities.
 
 
Education:

• Actuarial Sciences / Mathematical or Stats degree (Honors will be beneficial)
• Minimum of 5 Actuarial exams

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:

• At least 1 – 2 years Actuarial experience
• Life Pricing Experience, Valuations and/or Investments experience will be beneficial
• SQL experience will be beneficial
