JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Signing off on requested supplier invoices from heads of department and processing these invoices into the ledgers.
Draw up monthly creditor’s recons
Filling invoices
Help with the external audit queries and data requests.
Aid in the process of intercompany recharge journals.
Assist in compilation of supporting data for BBBEE certification
Draft month end journals
Verification of new suppliers in line with company SOP
Drafting of month end journals.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (undergraduate)
3 - 4 years’ experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in using Pastel
Driver’s License
