SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector, has an opportunity available for an Accreditation Manager - Inspection to be based in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in relevant technical field ( e.g. Mechanical Engineering)
Experience in conducting ISO/IEC 17020 inspections against the following regulations: Pressure Equipment Regulations; Explosives Regulations; Lift, Escalator and Passenger Conveyor Regulations; Major Hazard Risk Regulations; Asbestos, Lead, Noise Induced Hearing Loss and Hazardous Chemical Substances Regulations; Hazardous Substances Act and Diagnostic Xray Imaging Systems’ Licencing Conditions
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a managerial position in one of the fields listed above
Knowledge of and practical experience in ISO/IEC 17020
Minimum of 5 years operational experience in one of the technical fields listed above
A valid driver’s license (this role requires travelling)
Project management experience is advantageous
Computer literate MS Office

KPAs:

Planning and conducting of assessments
Conducting monitoring and / or mentoring of assessors
Manage customer and regulatory relations
Manage Programme Team
Financial management of the programme
Ensure technical Integrity during assessments
