SUMMARY:
A security concern, based in Pretoria, is looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join their team January 2023!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Matric
Tertiary qualification (eg. a finance related Diploma) advantageous
Own car and drivers license
Experience with Xero advantageous

Duties:

Ensure workstations are neat and orderly and all filing is organized and easy to access.
Ensure all paperwork is collected on time and is directed to the necessary channels for processing and capturing.
Approve all invoices in time for any due dates. Make sure there is a PO if necessary and that all dates and amounts are correct.
Crediting invoices when necessary and for the TFG maintenance. Make sure all credit notes have been justified.
Ensuring all approved invoices are correctly captured or sent on the different client portals and statements are sent correctly – check all statements before they can be sent.
Assisting with resolving all client queries
Check that the SLA list is correct.
Checking and approving all recurring invoices.
Making sure the Creditors list is signed off and accurate at the end of every month, and sending the relevant invoices to the bookkeepers
Ensuring that all deadlines are met for client statements and that all invoicing is accurately captured.
Managing debtors and communicating with clients to ensure correct payments are received.
Adding customers to Xero after receiving NCF.
Ensuring all remittances are correctly and accurately allocated
Assist with monthly reports such as cashflow, TFG breadkdowns.
Any ad-hock tasks requested that assist with facilitating the company operation.
