A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and coordinating staff. The individual needs to have Shared Services experience.

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will responsible for the following:

Reconcile billing system with the invoicing report
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Investigate and oversee customer queries
Report on daily activities from team
Weekly & Month end reporting
Daily cash sales recons and allocations

Qualifications:

Matric

Credit Management / Finance qualification

Skill:

5 years’ experience and 2-year supervisory experience

Attention to detail

Management experience in a Shared Service environment
