A well-established, specialist cold storage and trading conglomerate, operating with a national footprint, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Controller to join their finance team based in Durban North.

The purpose of this position will be to maintain debtors books by correctly invoicing and allocating monies and providing management with an accurate reflection of the debtors status.

Duties will include but not limited to invoicing, debit and credit note generation, capturing of receipts, daily debtors reports, statements, completing credit applications and liaising with customers regarding outstanding debt.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12) completed

Relevant finance qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

8 to 10 years’ experience in a debtors / accounts receivable role

Advanced MS Excel skills

Great plains experience beneficial

High values and smaller volumes experience is non-negotiable

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Team player

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
