SUMMARY:
Seeking an accounts receivable clerk for a 12 month contract opportunity to provide financial, administrative and clerical services including, processing and monitoring income payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

POSITION INFO:

Accounts Receivable [Debtors] Clerk (Contract Opportunity)

We are recruiting for a seasoned accounts receivable clerk to join our client’s vibrant finance team on a 12 month contract opportunity.

Your key responsibilities will include provide financial, administrative and clerical services including, processing and monitoring income payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. You will also assist with cleaning up daily on all the AR Accounts, and preparing the refund register, and actioning all refund requests for payment.

You will meet the following minimum requirements

Matric
Post Matric qualification (Finance/Accounting Degree or Diploma)
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Exposure working in an international firm is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (especially Pivot Tables)
Excellent written and spoken English

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Johannesburg.

Duration: 12 - 18 Month Contract
