SUMMARY:
My client is seeking an AR Clerk (temp) to come in for approximately 4 months. This position is based in Roodepoort, West Rand

POSITION INFO:

Accounts receivable clerk:

Follow up on overdue invoices, collections and allocating payments
Reconciliations, reporting and collection
Resolve unallocated payments & account queries
Maintain accounts receivable
Month-end closing reporting
Daily cash sales recons
Friendly disposition & excellent communication skills
Excel skills – Intermediate to Advanced required
Reporting to Financial Manager & Sales Manager

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
Tertiary qualifications highly advantageous
Minimum of 3 years+ experience in a similar position

Salary on offer – R 12 000.00
