A leading intimate healthcare company is looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Business Analyst to join their global team. Are you an organized and accurate individual looking to work in a company that pays attention to detail and works closely with their clients?Our client is looking for an organized, goal driven candidate that posses exceptional communications, and Advanced Excel skills.

POSITION INFO:

Your Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA) passed both board exams. (Big 4 preferred)
0-2 years’ working experience
Medical Industry experience is very beneficial.
Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Accounts Receivable Business Analyst’s duties will include, but not limited to:

Accommodating billing framework with invoicing report.
Follow up and dealing with the team on late solicitations, collection and assigning instalments.
Performing compromises, assortment, and reporting activities as indicated by explicit deadlines.
Screen client account subtleties for non-payments, deferred payments on a convenient premise and guarantee Sales Force are updated.
Explore and resolve payment inconsistencies.
Follow set up systems for handling receipts, cash and eft.
Speak with clients by means of telephone, email, mail or personally once
Liaise with the bank when needed to acquire subtleties on obscure payments.
