SUMMARY:
Our client, an industry leader in the manufacturing/ engineering space is looking to employ a strong Accounts Receivable Administrator. This person needs to have the ability to deal with complex clients on a daily basis. Communication skills and technical accounting knowledge is an integral focus of this role.

POSITION INFO:

Manage the debtors accounts – new and existing clients

Invoices and month end statements supplied to customers by their preferred communication channel

Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts (GL to age analysis to individual customer accounts)

Liaising with customers regarding queries

Escalate outstanding accounts to management

Process receipts onto Accpac

Manage the credit note process

Client portal management to ensure all invoices are been uploaded correctly

Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail

Strong Excel knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of finance administration/accounts receivable

Qualification:

Matric

Bookkeeping diploma or certificate
