A Manufacturer is seeking the professional experience of a Accounts Receivable Administrator within a Food & Beverage industry.

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator; you will be responsible for the day to day administration of debtor procedures.

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will responsible for the following:

Responsible to monitor debtors aging which includes obtaining age analysis reports
Responsible for the reconciliation of debtor’s statements
Responsible for the resolution of other general debtors account queries on a daily basis
Responsible to allocate customer receipts and credit notes
Monitoring of daily customer receipts
Responsible for the processing of claims

Qualifications:

Minimum: Grade 12

National Diploma / NQF 6 (Preferred)

Skill:

2-5 years’ debtors experience within an FMCG environment (Food & Beverage)

Attention to detail

SAP experience is preferred
