SUMMARY:
Head Office Services company, based in Centurion, has an opening for an Accounts Payable and Cashbook Manager (EE). Manage, oversee and ensure upload of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and to provide support to the Finance Team pertaining to usage and system issues, including resolution, implementation of solutions and enhancements for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Report to the Financial Manager. Completed Matric, with an Accounts / Systems qualification, coupled with 6-8 years related commercial experience in a similar role. Manage a large Creditors book (local and foreign) with 500+ suppliers. KPI's include: Creditors Management with the ability to oversee a minimum of 11 bank accounts; cashbook management including loading of payments; oversee reconciliation of cashbook accounts; processing of bank, transactions and oversee bank recons; inter-company accounts (foreign payments) management; monthly and yearly financial period closures; provide financial system support and training; financial procedures set-up and implementation; staff management and development etc. Solid SAP and advanced Excel skills essential.
