SUMMARY:
Accounts Payable Specialist in Pretoria East needed.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently looking for a very experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Hazeldean on a permanent basis.
 
Duties:
  • Working with foreign & local suppliers (recons of accounts, outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies, etc)
  • Capturing journals and prepayment invoices
  • Filing and ad hoc duties
  • Payment reconciliations
  • Assistance to the Accountant and CFO
  • Capturing journal entries into the GL
 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Matric
  • Minimum Certificate required
  • 10 - 15 years’ experience (working with foreign countries)
  • Sage Evolution experience (required)
