Accounts Payable Controller needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Accounts Payable Controller to join their finance team permanently in Bryanston.

Duties:

Perform account allocations (foreign payments, local creditors, and pre-payments)
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors
Age analysis must be reviewed weekly
Reconciliations and reporting
Monthly journals
Resolving queries

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric certificate (Mathematics & Accounting as subjects)
BCom Finance / Bookkeeping qualification
3 + years’ experience in a similar role (high book value and high amount of suppliers)
Must have solid AP experience, be a team player, and have attention to detail (especially in finance accuracy)
