A well-established JSE listed conglomerate seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Controller to join their team based in Sandton.

Job & Company Description:

A well-established JSE listed conglomerate seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Controller to join their team based in Sandton.

In this role you will be mainly responsible for processing of invoices and issuing of payments. You will also perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of transactions.

Duties include but not limited to invoice verification and query resolution, vendor recons and reporting, vendor payments, masterdata management and SharePoint workflow management,

Education:

Relevant finance qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 3 years experience in a creditors / accounts payable position is non-negotiable

2 years' experience within a shared services environment non-negotiable

Advanced MS Excel skills non-negotiable

Attention to detail

Ability to successfully manage several different tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
