SUMMARY:
Start immediately! Central Services concern based in Springs, has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk : Capturing to join their team. Ensure that all invoices are porcessed within the SLA to ensure suppliers are paid on time and that all interactions and queries are logged and attended to promptly. Working knowledge of JDE essential.

POSITION INFO:

Successful incumbent will have a completed Matric Certificate (with Accounting , Maths / Maths Literacy), coupled with 2 years commercial experience in capturing / receiving all supplier invoices; perform a full VAT check before capturing an invoice to ensure good corporate governance and legislative requirements are met; make decisions on rejected invoices and route queries accordingly; resolve all customer queries timeously and effectively within SLA; maintain database integrity by regular balance of data between systems and investigation of anomalies on control accounts; report all system problems to the responsible ICT Department and follow through to resolution; and ensure that monthly capturing deadlines are met and adhered to in terms of the SLA. Working experience on JDE highly advantageous as well as MSOffice. Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Shared Services concern highly advantageous.
