SUMMARY:
Our clients in the Johannesburg Area is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas

Review Creditors Reconciliation and COD Accounts
Review lease and own Rental Agreements and utility Accounts
Review Utility Accounts and COD Accounts
Prepare weekly and monthly payments
Clearing of Age Analysis
Capturing Invoices
Liaise with internal and external suppliers
Sorting of post and filing

Skills and Experience required

Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at Management level
Knowledge of creditors and reconciliations
Effective communication and negotiating skills with suppliers
Ability to work independently as a self-starter and passionate to success in a challenging environment
Minimum of 5 years creditors experience in the tyre industry
Knowledge of the GRIPS system will be advantage
Grade 12(Matric)
