Accounts Payable Clerk

SUMMARY:
Climb aboard with a multi-branded service provider who has been a leader in their field for decades. Fulfill the core creditors function through assisting branches with accounts payable matters and reconciliations.

POSITION INFO:

Review lease and rental agreements as an on-going function

Fulfill creditors reconciliations, utility accounts and COD accounts efficiently

Responsible for capturing invoices and clearing age analysis

Manage the filing and mailing system

Effectively liase with all stakeholders both internally and externally

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of reporting, reconciliations and creditors

Excellent interpersonal skills

Assertive negotiator at Management level

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years creditors (Preferably in the tyre industry)

GRIPS system (Highly advantageous)
