SUMMARY:
Accounts Payable Clerk/ Creditors Clerk

POSITION INFO:

- At least 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
- Analytically minded, with strong reconciliation skills and be able to pay attention to detail. and deadline driven.
- A good understanding of the Procure to Pay process
- Ability to build strong relationships with their Vendors,
take ownership of their accounts and fully understand what their vendors supply
- Be able to list invoices for accruals and supply valid reasons for the accruals
- Create payment proposals for their reconciled accounts
- Have basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Resolve all vendor queries within 60 days

Dynamic AX or similar ERP system
Excel intermediate
Word intermediate
