Accounts Payable Clerk - Vanderbijlpark

POSITION INFO:

We are currently recruiting a Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3 month contract in Vanderbijlpark that meets the following requirements:

Requirements:

Back to back invoicing :

- Liasing with Procurement of Purchase Orders, tracking of open orders

- Process of AP invoices once receipts processed

- Upload & Saving of processed Invoices

- Details listing to be recorded of Invoices processed & to be re-charged to Client as a customer

- Monthly Accounts payable age analysis reconciliation to the suspense GL Account

- Ad-hock tasks as & when required

The ideal candidate should have the following experience :

- Accounts Payable / Accounting experience - 5 Years minimum experience in a corporate environment

- Strong reconciliation skills

- Good communication skills

- Self-starter – Ability to take initiative

- Problem solving skills

- Must be able to work in a team environment

Computer skills – Systems experience:

- Proficient in Excel

- Microsoft Outlook

- JDE experience is an added advantage

Contract will be for +- 3 months thereafter it might be a on a month to month contract basis

Candidates must be available immediately and local to the area
