A well-established international records and data management giant seeks an experienced and innovative Creditors Clerk to join their driven finance team based in Midrand.

A well-established international records and data management giant seeks an experienced and innovative Creditors Clerk to join their driven finance team based in Midrand.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for AP processing, including scanning the invoices to the approval portal and preparing the payment runs. The role is also the main point of contact for the internal finance team and wider business on AP related matters.

This is not an administrator or capturing role, and candiates who have been exposed to the FULL accounts payable function are invited to apply.

Education:

Degree / Diploma in Finance or Accounting

Skills & Experience:

4 to 5 years'' experience within a full function accounts payable / creditors role is essential

Experience in a multi-national organization is preferred

Oracle experience will be highly beneficial

Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel

The ability to analyse financial information efficiently and accurately

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
