Job & Company Description:

A well established manufacturing company which boast more than a decade in existence is looking for an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE skilled Creditors clerk to join their fast paced, result driven team for 3 months

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately capture supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Preparation of monthly payments
• Ensure invoicing prices matches PO number pricing
• Basic tax calculation
• Preparing Journals
• Liaise with inventory, procurement and external suppliers to resolve any account queries
• Printing and sending proof of payment to suppliers
• Bank Recons
• Preparing Recons and Remittance Advices
• Ensure invoicing prices matches PO number pricing

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bcom degree in finance
• Great Plains is Essential
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Creditors clerk
