Accounts Payable Administrator - Pretoria East - Advanced Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accounts Payable Administrator needed for a company in Pretoria East. Min 5 years full function Accounts Payable + an Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification and Excel Advanced. Strong computer literacy essential with min 5 years exp with financial software

Review and approve purchase order receipts and initiate accounts payable bills
Prepare payment batches and load them into the online banking platform
Process payments after EFT payments were made
Process credit notes and other necessary clearing transactions
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Vendor management and reconciliations
Send out supplier remittances and proof of payments
Manage the cash floats
