Accounts Clerk / Procurement

SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading environmentally friendly manufacturer and supplier is looking for an on the ball Accounts Clerk to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate should have previous exposure in Procurement.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Beneficial: Relevant Qualification
• 1 year – 2 years relevant experience.  
• Experience or exposure in Palladium.

Main responsibilities:

• General administration duties such as attending to emails, filling documents, and sending invoices and statement to clients.
• Responsible to process sales orders.
• Responsible to follow up with Debtors.
• Reconciliations of supplier statements.
• Responsible to reconcile Credit Card Statement on Excell and process on Palladium.
• Petty cash management and reconciliations.
• Responsible for the preparation of weekly sales and production reports.
• Inspecting if stock invoiced for deliveries or collections is corresponding with stock picked.
• Responsible for the preparation of the cashflow for the Accountant.  
• Submition of invoices on the client’s portal.  
• Submission of payroll of casual working staff and permanent staff to the Accountant.
• Assist the Accountant with payroll, supplier payments, and preparation of cash flow.
• Working on the client’s portal, submitting of invoices and statements according to specification.
