R 370K – R420K
 
Accounts clerk wanted urgently! Our client in the construction Industry is looking to hire a highly experienced accounts clerk. The successful incumbent must have excellent skills in invoicing, cashbook, and bank reconciliations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive range of accounting service and the following
 
  • Preparing journal entries for various financial transactions
  • Preparing general ledger reconciliation
  • Maintaining cashbook and performing bank reconciliation
  • Intercompany invoice and statements as necessary
  • VAT reconciliation Ensuring the delivery of high-performance service to the business unit
 
The Ideal Candidate has the following
 
  • Diploma in Bookkeeping / Finance
  • Advance Excel and Word experience
  • Build smart experience will be an advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Extensive cashbook / clerical accounting experience
