An entity within the aviation industry is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

National Diploma in Bookkeeping
Must have a drivers license and own car

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping
Comprehensive working experience in Debtors, Creditors and Cashbooks

Job description:

General administration duties
Processing cashbook
Recommending of improvements of quality of accounting and provide operational support
Handling of telephone queries
Issuing of customer invoices according to lease agreements
Capturing and correct allocation of supplier invoices
Processing daily reconciliation and creditors control
Capturing Bills on a daily basis
