SUMMARY:
Accounts Assistant
An exciting opportunity has become available for a meticulous and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our prestigious luxury hotel and lodge group. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for numbers, exceptional attention to detail, and the drive to grow within a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and efficiently
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Assist with budget preparation and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and maintain smooth financial operations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role (hospitality experience advantageous)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ([insert relevant system, e.g. Pastel/SAGE/Opera])
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
