SUMMARY:
Our International client is seeking to employ a Qualified & Experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
General Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration of all accounting functions of the Solid Wood product sector.
Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for all accounts payable functions, including but not limited to:
Communicating, building relationships, and problem solving with suppliers and service providers.
Checking delivery receipts
Checking and processing supplier invoices
Checking and processing contractor invoices and managing pre-payments
Checking and processing shipping line invoices
Responsible for all inventory management:

Ensuring downgraded stock is collected in a timely manner and recording local sales on Airtable.
Monthly physical stock reconciliation
Monthly Cietrade inventory reconciliation
Quarterly stock write off
Sales invoicing in Order Management System

Skills Required

Extremely good attention to detail
Accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask, and prioritise
Critical thinking in terms of streamlining processes to reduce administrative workload
Knowledge of shipping and ocean freight (desirable)
