Our client in Durban South is looking for a Accounting and Finance Administrator to join their team.

Requirements:

Suitable tertiary qualification. (BCom Marketing or Business Degree)
CIMA qualification completed
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Proficiency in general office and bookkeeping software.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Organize the day-to-day management and administrative duties of our office.
Manage diaries an provide general assistance to senior personnel in the office.
Answering the phones and greeting clients
Implementation of new internal cost management software.
General day-to-day management of the office. We need someone to make sure there is electricity.
