SUMMARY:
Internation bank requires Accounting Manager

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliations for all bank accounts on a daily basis, including transaction checking on the bank''''''''s external account
Reimbursement form review, create invoice batch and payment batch and accounting general in FMS
Create payment batch at Nedbank internet banking
Process other foreign currency payment in relation to the expense
Maintain and record all teambuilding related expense
Update and maintain fixed asset register, reconcile on a monthly and yearly basis
Nedbank user ID management
Updating airtime allowance for the bank on a monthly basis
Ensuring accuracy and assist in preparing head office report monthly basis on a timely manner
Assist with account opening in other banks
Assist with daily AC voucher filling, and recheck and sign on BD vouchers
Update and maintain marketing expense, including client details, marketing targets, and results, reconcile with EOAD on a monthly and yearly basis
Prepare quarterly analysis report on expense breakdown and effectiveness
Analyze and monitor the branch''''''''s business management the micro economy of the bank on a regular basis
Preparing research report to GM and EM on SA banking industry on a monthly basis
Liaising with Head Office on daily reporting, message and data transferring
Daily payment processing
Other work arranged by General Manager of Department/AGM

Requirements

B Com Accounting
3 years’ Accounting Manager experience in the Banking Industry and managing staff
Microsoft Office software
3 years’ experience in VBA language
3 years’ experience in writing-related macro programs
Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
