SUMMARY:
Our client based in Johannesburg North within the Construction Industry is currently seeking a Accounting Clerk to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:

Accounting clerk to perform a range of accounting, bookkeeping, financial and administrative tasks.

Duties:
Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
Cashbook processing
Asset register management
Preparation of client quotations
Processing of deliveries
Reconciliation of Suppliers invoices
Account Reconciliations
Process of refunds and reimbursements

Requirements
Sound knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
Buildsmart working experience on both the Accounting and procurement modules
Accounting qualification diploma/ degree
Accuracy and attention to detail
Team player
