POSITION INFO:

A progressive entity in the construction industry is currently in the market for an Accounting Clerk.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCom or Diploma
2-3 years’ experience
Build Smart ERP system on both accounting and procurement models
Excel (advanced)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Accounting and clerical assistance to the finance team
Cashbook processing
Asset register management
Preparation of client quotations
Processing of deliveries
Reconciliation of supplier’s invoices
Account reconciliations
Process of refunds and reimbursements
