As they continue to expand, our client is seeking a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to assist with the Billing process.
POSITION INFO:
SUMMARY:
The Group Financial Manager will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management within the property development sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of all levy invoices (including utilities) and following up on payments.
- Liaising with portfolio managers before billing run is done to ensure all recoveries are billed in the correct billing period.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparation of General Ledger recons.
- Allocation of receipts daily.
- Review and follow-up of overdue invoices.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Capturing new building details into WeConnectU, including loading owners, property and tenant details.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:- WeConnectU experience will be advantageous.
- Financial Degree or Diploma
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping/accounting in the property management industry
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
